Mike Reneau, Attorney
Mike’s work ethic and business experience were learned early on while working his way through college. Graduating from the Shepherds School of Ministry and then the University of Missouri in Kansas City, Mike quickly rose through the ranks of the business world. Beginning at Quest Communications, he eventually landed at Sprint, where for several years as an award-winning businessperson, he traveled throughout western Missouri consulting with small businesses and individuals. At this early stage in his career, Mike had a goal when working with his clients. “I wanted to make the complicated, less complicated.” In 2005, he decided to put his future in his own hands and started his own mortgage company. The experience was extremely rewarding and Mike was able to help hundreds of families across Missouri. Mike’s unique experience as a start-up small business owner taught him firsthand about the legal challenges that face small businesses and individuals every day. Mike earned his law degree from the University of Missouri in Kansas City and worked in a prominent full service firm for several years handling cases throughout western Missouri. In 2013 Mike formed his own law firm and continues his goal of making the complicated, less complicated for his clients
Michael Doyle, Associate Attorney
Michael joined The Law Office of Mike Reneau in 2018. Prior to becoming an attorney, Michael earned his bachelor’s degree at The University of Kansas where he studied business administration. While at The University of Kansas, Michael was an active leader on campus and in the community. Michael attended several leadership seminars including The Leadershape Institute which challenges it’s participants to lead with integrity while working towards a vision grounded in their deepest values. As a member of Lambda Chi Alpha, Michael held multiple office positions and was nominated by his peers to represent The University of Kansas Chapter at the General Assembly meeting. Michael earned his law degree at The University of Missouri in Kansas City. During law school Michael was a staff member of Law Review and The Urban Lawyer. Michael worked all through law school for a prominent personal injury firm and finally for The National Association of Insurance Commissioners. Michael looks forward to providing excellent client service while growing with The Law Office of Mike Reneau.
Cassidy Arnold, Paralegal
Cassidy joined The Law Office of Mike Reneau in December of 2016. She works primarily on domestic matters. She is a Jackson County licensed Notary Public since 2014 and has 4 years experience as a legal assistant. She lives in Independence with her husband and two dogs.
